What does 'Dignity in care' mean to you?

Wednesday 1 February 2017 9.10am

Today is Dignity Action Day, an annual opportunity for health and social care workers, and members of the public, to uphold people's rights to dignity and to provide a truly memorable day for people who use care services.

In recognition of Dignity Action Day, Hoople will be supporting a Digni-tea event being held at Aspire Community Hub in Hereford.

After the Digni-tea, we will be leading a session to explore with learners (placement students and health and social care apprentices) what 'Dignity in care' means to them. We'll be hoping to sign them up to become dignity champions too.

What does 'Dignity in care' mean for you - we'd love to hear your thoughts.

For further information about Dignity Action Day and to sign up to become a dignity champion, please visit the Dignity in Care website.
