Sheila has overall responsibility for managing the agency and its team members. With extensive experience working in human resources in both the private and public sectors, Sheila’s track record is in effective service delivery. She prides herself on her ability to build and maintain constructive customer relationships based on the development of on-going strategic partnerships.

Kerry Arnold
Recruitment Consultant – Schools and Education

Kerry began her recruitment career as part of the in-house team for Hoople and Herefordshire Council vacancies. She has now moved to Hoople Recruitment working with Herefordshire schools, colleges and other educational establishments to meet their requirements for temporary supply teachers and permanent leadership, teaching and support staff. Kerry has a wide understanding of all recruitment procedures and policies and prides herself on customer focused working relationships.

Aimee Miles
Recruitment Administrator

Having started her Hoople career as an apprentice within the Herefordshire Council human resources team, Aimee now works alongside Hoople Recruitment's commercial team where she supports schools' and other permanent recruitment. Her role includes placing job advertisements, providing support with application processes, and ensuring that necessary identification, reference and DBS checks are carried out for new starters.

Bonnie Evans
Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Recruitment

Bonnie has several years’ recruitment agency experience and consequently has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Herefordshire market. She partners with local businesses, using a flexible approach to help fill their vacancies for permanent and temporary staff. Her experience in recruitment covers a range of roles and these include, but are not limited to; engineering and technical, manufacturing, accountancy and finance, human resources, sales and marketing, managerial and administration support positions. Bonnie prides herself on listening to and meeting clients' needs and building strong, on-going relationships.

Kelly Hughes
Recruitment and DBS Manager

Kelly is the Recruitment and DBS Manager, working on recruitment for roles with Herefordshire Council and Hoople, whilst also supporting the commercial agency to fulfil their requirements. With over 300 DBS customers, Kelly offers advice and guidance in relation to DBS and other pre-employment checks. With over eleven years’ experience in the recruitment industry, ranging from agency, permanent and fixed term recruitment, for both public and commercial sectors, Kelly has extensive knowledge of recruitment and pre-employment procedures, enabling her to provide a best practice approach to customers.

The in-house Recruitment and DBS team work with Herefordshire Council and Hoople to fulfil their resourcing needs. The team are experienced in recruiting to both temporary and permanent roles and work to provide a high level service at all times. The DBS team process over 6,000 DBS checks per year and have customers across the UK.
