Head of service and management team
The following staff are responsible for the day-to-day management of Hoople's training and education department.
Training and Education Service Manager
Roger was employed as a police officer for 30 years, eventually becoming a Director of Studies for National Police Training. During his time in the police service, he managed and delivered training at local, regional and national levels which included subjects such as criminal law, management development, and training of trainers.
Roger currently heads up the Training and Education team at Hoople, supported by his senior management team and overseeing the delivery of apprenticeships, foundation learning, workplace learning and workforce development.
Qualifications Senior Manager
Sharon has worked in the health and social care sector for the majority of her career and in that time has been a registered nurse and completed nursing education at the University of Worcester. Since 2000, Sharon has been involved in vocational learning with what was the Primary Care Trust and when that became Hoople, Sharon took on the role of managing the Vocational Training team.
Workplace Learning Supervisor
Ben has been involved in the training of staff for over ten years. Over this period he has gained additional skills enabling him to train staff in a wide variety of subjects, ranging from health and safety through to physical interventions and everything in between. Ben is committed to the dissemination of best practice through face-to-face training, and now leads workplace training team.
Support and Development Manager
Daley is an experienced and qualified training professional with a background in ICT, including projects and systems implementation. As well as delivering ICT training, Daley is responsible for Hoople’s Learning Management System and eLearning portfolio. He has a passion for excellence in customer service and is an advocate of lean systems thinking. Daley leads the Workforce Development team.
Business and Customer Service Lead
Dawn has worked with Hoople since it was founded in 2011. Dawn’s career with Hoople started as the Customer Service Lead, looking after the administration team who are the 'backbone' of the Training and Education department.
Like the company, Dawn's skills and knowledge have grown and she is now the Business and Customer Service Lead. Dawn ensures Hoople’s continued growth and development by engaging with customers and delivering expert advice and support. Dawn's passion for her work comes from a desire to nurture new business relationships and to see individuals develop to their full potential.
