A new qualification aimed at those who work in the care sector is now available through the Hoople training centre.
The City and Guilds QCF Level 4 diploma in adult care is suitable for those who are hoping to progress to manager or senior worker level within the health and social care sector. As such, it is targeted at care workers or assistants, community workers, healthcare assistants, support workers and team leaders.
Roger Clarke, Training and Education Service Manager at Hoople, said: “This new qualification from City and Guilds is a great addition to our portfolio of courses for health and social care workers, providing a natural progression from our Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes.
“Careers in health and social care are richly rewarding. As well as the intrinsic benefit of helping others, being able to achieve nationally recognised qualifications such as this new City and Guilds diploma will offer a clear pathway for those interested in a career in the care industry.”
