Salary: HC3 Scale Point 4
Hours: Full Time, Term time only plus 2 TED days. (Breakfast Club and After School Club provision hours also available)

This is an exciting time for our Nursery and a perfect opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic and motivated practitioner to join our team as we develop our Forest School Nursery. We are seeking to appoint a Nursery Assistant who is passionate about early childhood development and has the vision and values to work within an Early Years team that strives to ensure our Nursery children are in the best possible place to start school.
At Brockhampton, children develop in a safe environment that supports their wellbeing, social skills and increased personal independence. Skills and knowledge are developed through relevant and enjoyable play and experiences with a strong emphasis placed on practical ‘hands on’ activities and the use of our unique outdoor areas and facilities.
The successful candidate will:
Have passion and ability to make a positive impact on our Nursery setting and outdoor learning provision
Have a secure knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and assessment
Be able to engage and enable children to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding
Have the ability to work effectively in a team
Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development
Be committed to working in partnership with parents to support the learning of all pupils
