From April 2022, we are looking for an inclusion room supervisor to drive up standards of behaviour. Working with heads of year, the senior leadership team, learning support and pastoral teams, the successful candidate will be able to identify patterns in behaviour across the school and be able to put in place interventions which will reduce the numbers of incidents occurring.
The post holder will ensure the inclusion room is supervised at all times, make sure that students are following their timetabled lesson and provide support where necessary, liaising with teaching staff to provide work for students to ensure continuity of learning for attendees. He/she will be responsible for updating heads of year and the senior leadership team regarding the behaviour and conduct of those who attend the inclusion room where appropriate, and to support with administration and collation of paperwork relating to incidents.
The role is for 37 hours 30 minutes per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, term time plus TED days.
