We are looking to recruit an Examinations Officer to take the lead role in organising and processing all aspects of external and internal examinations. This is an important role which is essential in the academic operation of the school and involves close interaction with subject leads and other senior teachers.

As the Exams Officer you will be aware of examination changes each academic year and manage the team of invigilators. You will be responsible for the administration of internal and public exams including entry, exam timetables, access arrangements and exam protocols. You will manage exam days in accordance with awarding body regulations and you will manage examinations results including accessing results and preparing for results to be disseminated to pupils.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, work well under pressure and work with a great attention to detail. Experience of examination administration and compliance with examination regulations would be ideal pre-requisites but are not essential.
