Almeley Primary School is a warm and caring village school, set in idyllic rural north-west Herefordshire, 6 miles from the market town of Kington. It aims to provide children with firm foundations based on a strong values system and covering a deep and broad curriculum.

 

The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2, initially on a fixed-term contract, pending expected staffing changes in the summer of 2022. Working mainly with our Early Years and KS1 pupils and staff, the position will also include supervising our breakfast club and lunch times with children aged 2 to 11 years. There may also be the opportunity to cover additional hours. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, patient and diplomatic and enjoy working as part of a team.
