The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Teacher as Curriculum Team Leader (CTL) at this school.
The P.E. curriculum team has undergone a recent significant period of change to ensure that an inclusive diverse curriculum is on offer for all students. As Curriculum Team Leader of P.E. you will be at the heart of building on this success and ensuring high achievement and the most positive outcomes for all of our students. In addition to a full curriculum offer including GCSE PE, we provide a varied programme of extra-curricular sports and activities. Many of our students are sporting ambassadors at school, county and national level.
The successful candidate for this post will be a team player with energy, presence and the ability to engage students, colleagues, parents/carers and other stakeholders. You should have a passion for challenging students to achieve their best possible outcomes through inclusive learning and be able to teach across the ability range from KS3 to KS4.
The successful candidate will:

be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record in raising standards
be committed to inclusion, high expectations and raising standards
be able to think strategically, creatively and analytically
enjoy responsibility and lead confidently
