Bishop’s Castle Primary School is looking for a new Headteacher, commencing September 2022, who will continue the to drive development of this school of 135 pupils, and provide strong positive leadership to our school community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven school leader to lead our school and community through the coming years, following the retirement of the Headteacher.

Bishop’s Castle Primary School is one of 13 primary schools in the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust, and serves a small, but thriving, Shropshire town. Though not, itself, a Church of England School, Bishop’s Castle Primary School plays a key role in the Trust’s vision, of being part of a family of schools, working together to learn and succeed, ultimately ensuring that children “live life in all its fullness”.
