This is an exciting time for our school and a perfect opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant to join our team as we are seeking to appoint an individual who is passionate about learning and has the vision and values to contribute to our school. We are looking for a teaching assistant to support classroom based learning and intervention programmes.

The successful candidate will:

 Support the class teacher in their delivery of Quality First Teaching to improve outcomes for all children

 Support the teaching and Learning needs of all learners

 Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

 Be able to engage and motivate children to achieve

 Lead specific interventions as directed by SENDCo and class teacher

 Be organised and have high expectations of themselves and others

 Have the ability to work effectively in a team

 Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development

 Have the desire and ability to make a difference
