Lea C of E Primary School is looking for a new member of the team asa ‘school crossing patrol’ to support our school community.
The role of school crossing patrol is to assist children and pedestrians on their journeys, to and from school, during term time; it is a rewarding and valued role.
We are looking for someone with good road sense, able to control traffic and pedestrians at a busy crossing. You should enjoy working outside in all weather conditions, be punctual, reliable, enjoy working with the public and be able to communicate effectively with all road users.
The successful candidate will receive full training and uniform, and payment spread across the year for term time work.
The school crossing patrol operates twice daily during term time: 8.35am-9.10am and 2.55pm – 3.25pm.
