26 hours per week– term-time only (38 weeks of the year)

Annual salary £10,899.20 - £11,117.05 per annum

Fixed term until 22 July 2022

Hours include 8:30am start times and 3:30pm finish.

On behalf of the governors of Whitchurch CE Primary School, Hoople are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to work with our growing team of staff and children.  The chosen candidate will also be able to contribute to the ethos, high expectations and Christian values of the school. Whitchurch CE Primary is a welcoming and expanding Primary School. 

As a Teaching Assistant you will: 

  • Have experience of working with EYFS/KS1 children
  • Work directly with children to provide feedback and support
  • Liaise with the class teacher responsible for the progress of individual children
  • Be able to take the initiative within a small team
  • Have excellent personal English and maths skills
