Job Info Orchard End is a community based residential home for six adults and is situated in an acre of gardens in the Herefordshire hamlet of Auberrow, conveniently placed between the market town of Leominster and the Cathedral City of Hereford. We are seeking an experienced and committed professional to lead and supervise a small team of residential support staff ensuring each shift runs smoothly and effectively. You will initiate day time activities and you will support the personalised development of each resident, helping them to lead a valued and fulfilling life. Previous experience of working with adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviours is essential along with NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards).
