Crossroads Care Forest of Dean and Herefordshire is a specialist charitable organisation who provide practical help and social opportunities to unpaid carers.

We have rewarding opportunities available to deliver personal care and short breaks in Ross-on-Wye.

Good communication skills are required as you will engage with service users to build trusting, therapeutic relationships.

A fully paid induction package and fantastic range of paid certificated training will be provided to every successful applicant, ensuring this is an amazing pathway into health and social care.

We operate flexible working hours and shift patterns. The ideal candidate must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, must be over the age of 18, have access to a vehicle and full driving licence.

Appointments will be made subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references.

Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
