The post is based at Westfield School, all through SEND 2 – 19 years, specialist provision based in Leominster. We are committed to creating a family atmosphere, where people are valued for their uniqueness. Due to a combination of circumstances, an opportunity has arisen to join our team, on a fixed term basis, where you will be one of a team of colleagues who make a difference to the lives of the children and young people, helping them to succeed personally, academically and socially. Working in small class sizes, we deploy a wide range of teaching and learning strategies to engage and support the overall progress of our learners. As a teaching assistant, you will have a passion for working with young people of all ages, to help them achieve their full potential; you should also be confident in supporting a range of behaviours.
