National Apprenticeship Week 2025
To mark National Apprenticeship Week, we brought together some of our current and recently qualified apprentices to find out what the opportunity for on-the-job learning means to them.
Our Level 2 and 3 apprentices, who are just starting out on their careers, value the practical skills an apprenticeship gives them, in addition to achieving a qualification. Our more experienced colleagues on Levels 3-7 are using their apprenticeships to become more specialised, to take their careers in new directions or for professional development.
CEO Audrey Clements highlighted what apprentices bring to Hoople:
“Apprenticeships are a great way to develop and retain talented people. By introducing new skills and ideas, our apprentices contribute to the growth and success of Hoople. I’m delighted that motivated young people choose Hoople to start their careers, and I’m proud of those who maintain their passion for learning throughout their careers.”
