Announcement from Andrew Cottom, Chair of Hoople Board:

The last two years have seen Hoople go through a period of change as we have welcomed new colleagues from a range of support and front line delivery services. The organisation continues to go from strength to strength and we are looking forward to the future.

It is important as Hoople continues to grow and diversify, that all colleagues feel valued and that we continue to adapt our ways of working together. Accordingly, the Board has undertaken a review of the role of Chief Operating Officer including examining comparative roles in the UK. On the basis of this review, on behalf of the Hoople Board, I am pleased to announce that Audrey Clements will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for Hoople; replacing the current role of Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Executive Officer role appropriately reflects the accountability and breadth of role which the organisation now requires.
