We have a dedicated Education Consultant on hand to match brilliant teachers, supply teachers, teaching assistants and support staff with the right job, whether that’s a permanent leadership role, temporary support, or urgent cover.
Care bank
Hoople Care require staff to cover ad-hoc shifts, often at short notice. This is a flexible role and can be worked around your own lifestyle commitments. You could be placed in one of our three settings or with our Home First team. See our Hoople Care page for more information.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of working in a care environment, or willingness to learn, if no experience, as full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work at short notice on the days and times that you tell us you can be available for work.

Supply teachers and teaching assistants
We place teachers and teaching assistants on a supply basis into schools in Herefordshire and have an in-depth knowledge of the sector. We have a dedicated Education Consultant on hand to match brilliant teachers, teaching assistants and support staff with the right job, whether that’s a long term temporary role, or urgent cover at short notice.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant experience and qualifications (you don’t necessarily need to have a formal qualification to work as a Teaching Assistant)
- Flexibility to work at short notice on the days and times that you tell us you can be available for work.

Consultants

We engage consultants to work with our customers on a contract basis, usually for short term projects. You would work via a limited company contract and provide your services at a set fee.
