Due to internal promotion, Fairfield High School are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Family Liaison and Support Officer to join our efficient and robust safeguarding team.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and supporting families through early intervention, safeguarding and pastoral care. You will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, promoting attendance and wellbeing, and ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive both in and out of school.
As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will work closely with students, families, staff and external agencies to provide effective support and intervention. You will lead safeguarding and Early Help processes and help develop positive relationships with parents and carers.
