About this role:

Candidates will ideally have:

  • a record of accomplishment in this sector
  • a current knowledge of fundraising trends, issues and opportunities
  • a strategic approach to fundraising and volunteer development
  • a fundraising strategy which enables the HMFA to meet its annual fundraising targets
  • have excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and other professionals

Herefordshire Marches Federartion of Academies is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
