An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an EYFS SENCo to join a thriving and successful SEND department, working across our federation of eight primary schools across Herefordshire.
About this role:
Are you highly passionate about education and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities?
Are you an experienced EYFS SENCo, or aspiring to be a SENCo with current teaching experience in the primary sector?

HMFA is a federation of academies in Herefordshire with amazing children, staff and facilities.
We are looking for an EYFS SENCo to support the Director of SEND in delivering outstanding SEND provision across our organisation.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for identifying and assessing special educational needs.
- Co-ordinating the provision of support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Liaising closely with parents, outside agencies, and other professional to ensure that the needs of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities are met.
- Providing professional training and guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff across our federation.
- An individual who either holds, or is willing to work towards, a SENCo qualification.
