Holmer C E Academy invites applications for an enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a caring individual who has a genuine passion for early childhood education and possesses the skills to foster a nurturing learning environment for our youngest pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of the EYFS/ KS1 curriculum within the classroom and outdoor learning spaces.
• Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning activities tailored to early years pupils.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn.
• Help to assess children’s progress and report back to teachers 
• Encourage children’s social and emotional development through play and interaction.
• Work closely with the class teacher to ensure that the needs of all children are met effectively.
