Queen Elizabeth High School is part of the Three Counties Academy Trust (TCAT) which includes three local Primary schools. 

Located in the town of Bromyard, Herefordshire, we are an 11-16 academy having converted in 2011. Set amidst spectacular scenery with stunning views of the Malvern Hills and even the Black Mountains on a clear day, the town of Bromyard is only 20 minutes from Hereford and 25 minutes from Worcester.

QEHS has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher who can ignite curiosity and foster a love of Science with our pupils. Our ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of scientific principles and a commitment to utilising evidence-based pedagogy to make learning effective and engaging. With creative lesson plans, hands-on experiments, and a passion for teaching, this Teacher will inspire students to explore the wonders of the natural world. The successful candidate would ideally be required for September 2025. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs (full induction and mentoring package for ECTs).

Three Counties Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced check and further pre-employment checks will be conducted in accordance with KCSIE. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
