We are looking to appoint a highly committed class teacher to join our team from January 2026 in a mixed age Year 5/6 class, in the first instance.
Bicton CE Primary School is an inspirational, happy and outward looking church school with a strong sense of
community. We work closely with Bomere Heath CE Primary and St John the Baptist CE Primary School and Nursery as part of Shropshire Church of England Academies Trust.
The teacher appointed will be expected to take a full and active role in the life of our popular group of schools. We often work across the three schools so a willingness to travel between sites for meetings and training etc is required.

Experience of teaching a mixed age class would be an advantage.

This may help identify any incidents or issues that have happened and are publicly available online, which we may wish to explore with you at interview.
