Ø Demonstrated quality first teaching and is an outstanding classroom practitioner.
Ø Commitment to building good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ø Excellent behaviour management strategies with a commitment to encouraging positive learning behaviours.
Ø Experience in supporting the learning of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Ø Energy and enthusiasm, together with high expectations for every child to achieve their full potential.
Ø Experience of preparing children for statutory assessments.
Ø Commitment to supporting the extra-curricular opportunities we offer pupils across the school.
Ø A good sense of humour!
If you are:
Ø An outstanding, inspirational teacher with an excellent understanding of how children learn best and a commitment to ensure high standards for pupils’ achievements and behaviour.
Ø An imaginative, creative teacher.
Ø A good team player and communicator, able to work alongside colleagues.
Ø Able to encourage parents and carers to work in partnership with the school and to engage in their children’s learning.
