St James’ CE Primary School is seeking a caring and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will support whole-class learning, work with small groups, and contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our pupils.
The role:
- Supporting the education, care and welfare of children under the guidance of the class teacher
- Assisting in the preparation of resources and supporting group activities in and out of the classroom
- Promoting positive behaviour and reinforcing pupils’ self-esteem
- Helping children to access the curriculum and make good progress in a nurturing environment
The ideal candidate will:
• have proven experience of working within school setting
• demonstrate excellent communication skills and a caring, supportive approach
• work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality provision
