St Paul’s have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Level 2 Administrative Assistant to join our happy team in September 2026.

St Paul’s C of E Primary School is part of the Orchard Multi-Academy Trust. We have beautiful grounds, a supportive local community and talented children, who love coming to school.

The successful applicant needs to be able to provide comprehensive administrative support to the school and become a valuable contributor to an outgoing and committed team. A sense of humour is key, coupled with the ability to problem solve, manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment and a genuine commitment to the role.

The role:

·         Providing reception duties and welcoming visitors

·         Answering telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries

·         Producing letters, reports and other documents

·         Supporting the organisation of school trips, events and activities

·         Maintaining pupil records and school MIS databases

·         Collecting and recording monies received by the school

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Experience in an administrative or clerical role

·         Good keyboard and IT skills

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         A well-organised and flexible approach to work

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
