Assigned 1-1 Learning Support Assistant
Fixed term contract to commence 15th April 2026.
Annual FTE salary within the range: £23,665.41 to £24,068.51
Actual salary in the range £10,254.16 to £10,428.82 (pay award pending)
Working 20 hours a week (Term Time Only)
We are seeking an assigned 1-1 assistant to support the education and welfare of a pupil with additional needs.
We are looking for:
· A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and excellent communication skills;
· The ability to build a positive relationship with the assigned pupil.
· An empathic, patient and caring approach and the ability to support 1-1
· A feeling for our natural environment;
· Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
