Whitecross Hereford is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will join a Special Educational Needs team who provide a range of support to help our students make the most of their learning. The post will involve assisting students with a range of special educational needs and include planning and leading the delivery of small group interventions. This role will be specifically involved in the development of our new support base. Some of the role may involve supporting students with physical care. As a key member of the student services team, the safeguarding of children will understandably be at the heart of the role.

The successful candidate will be organised, methodical, a great communicator and able to build strong relationships with students and their families.
