Executive Assistant (EA) to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
30 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday
An opportunity to make a real difference working in an executive admin role within a care setting!
Martha Trust Hereford is a charity providing lifelong care for people with profound and complex physical and learning disabilities. We have two homes, Martha House and Sophie House, both situated in close proximity to Hereford city centre.
Care is at the forefront of everything we do! Our mission is to provide a home away from home for our residents. Our care team need to be respectful, patient, kind and keen to improve lives….and we want our support/admin team to help them in achieving this!
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant, to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in a rewarding, but complex and demanding environment; working closely with our Registered Manager.
This new role would suit an organised, flexible and methodical senior executive administrator/office co-ordinator, preferably with experience of working in a CQC-regulated environment. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) in a 24/7 shift-working clinical environment would be beneficial; however, EA or PA experience at a senior Board/SLT level is essential!
Previous charity and/or healthcare commissioning experience would be highly advantageous.
Fast, accurate, professional administration and diary management skills are essential; along with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and confidentiality are key attributes; along with good communication skills.
At Martha Trust Hereford, we provide a friendly and supportive working environment, along with various benefits.
We can offer flexible start and finish times between the core hours of 9am and 6pm, in line with applicant availability. However, we would prefer the successful candidate to work from mid/late morning to late afternoon/early evening.
A competitive salary is on offer, subject to previous skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding and challenging environment! No 2 days will be the same!
