£13.45 per hour
Flexible shifts – Bank work

We’re looking for warm, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Herefordshire team, supporting children and young people within our outreach service. Whether you're already experienced in care or looking for a meaningful new career, this could be the role for you.

Each shift brings something different, new activities, new environments, and new opportunities to build trust, confidence, and joy in a young person’s day. You might be baking, creating crafts, heading out on an adventure, or supporting someone at home. With the right mindset and full training, you’ll be supported to thrive.

What the role involves:

• Providing individualised support, including personal care and medication where needed
• Supporting young people in line with their personal routines and preferences
• Working closely with parents to ensure continuity of care
• Encouraging young people to engage in activities they enjoy
• Recording detailed notes using our digital care app
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and adapting to changing needs
• Driving to and from different locations, including outings with the young people – own vehicle and business insurance will be required.

If you do not yet hold a Health & Social Care qualification, you must be willing to start one immediately as part of your induction.

A full UK driving licence and a vehicle with business insurance and relevant driver checks.
