CHIEF EXECUTIVE – Full-time   37.5 hours per week – Salary £53,639 plus benefits. Based in Hereford.

The CLD Trust is a registered charity focused on improving mental health and wellbeing and has been delivering services in Herefordshire since 1994.

Our Chief Executive is retiring and the Board of Trustees are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational successor.

As Chief Excutive you will be leading a committed, expert and values driven team and will provide the required strategic and operational leadership.

We would welcome applications from candidates with a professional background (education, health or other relevant area), with leadership and management experience and the passion, resilience and motivation to take us forward into the next stage of our development.

We are a small organisation and are therefore looking for a “hands on leader” who is willing to get involved in the day to day operational issues.  It’s an exciting time for us, with additional contracts and bespoke services we are in a position to help and support more children, young people and adults in the months and years ahead.  Surrounded by an amazing team you will be ably supported in your role.
