Broadlands Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated and passionate Class Teacher to join our team. We are a friendly, community focused school situated in the picturesque Cathedral City of Hereford, adjacent to Aylestone School, the Herefordshire Colleges' campus for Further Education, and 10 minutes’ walk from the city railway station.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a dynamic and creative Reception Class Teacher to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for Reception age pupils, incorporating the areas of learning to fulfil the National Curriculum.
We would be interested in hearing from you if:
- Have Experience in Early Years and Key Stage One, planning and delivering outstanding lessons.
- Understand and can deliver a programme of transition to support a seamless start in primary education.
- Are an inspirational class teacher with a track record of creating a high-quality learning environment, fostering all areas of learning in the provision.
- Are highly motivated to inspire children inside and outside the classroom, valuing the opportunities of outdoor learning.
- Have high expectations for pupil behaviour, managing and supporting the needs of all learners.
- Are committed to developing and sustaining strong parental partnerships with experience of planning and delivering partnership events.
- Can contribute to a constructive team, building relationships amongst teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, and Governors.
