Earl Mortimer College seeks to appoint an outstanding, energetic and enthusiastic full-time Head of MFL to inspire a love of MFL with our students and contribute fully to a collaborative and enthusiastic MFL team.
The successful applicant will:
· Be a strong and inspirational leader with a desire to drive forward a department that is committed to delivering a curriculum of French and Spanish at GSCE level.
· Be a strong, well-qualified practitioner with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
· Have excellent curriculum knowledge.
· Be able to consistently model excellent practice, with students’ progress and enjoyment of learning at the forefront of your teaching.
· Have good organisational and communication skills.
· Show evidence of ambition and a commitment to continuing professional development.
