Join our friendly and supportive team at Lydbrook Primary School as our new Early Years Lead! We believe that a strong early years’ education starts children off on the right path as Together we Learn; Together we Excel.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Lead to teach our mixed reception/year 1 class and oversee our thriving on-site nursery, Robins Nursery. You will take a key role in shaping our early years curriculum, leading a skilled staff team and ensuring every child receives the highest quality education and care.

· have successful teaching experience in early years and/or key stage 1;
· have a passion for early childhood education and child development;
· have high expectations for all children and a commitment to inclusive practice;
· have the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of staff;
· have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience as a Designated Safeguarding lead (DSL) and/or SENCo is desirable and time will be given to fulfil these roles. Applications are welcomed from those willing to complete training to take on these roles.
