A highly motivated leader ready to take on the challenge of educating enthusiastic and aspiring children in an English small city school.

The Governing Body is looking for a dynamic Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding lead who:

  • Is a committed practising Catholic, with a distinct vision of what education means for all children especially those less fortunate and who will cherish, support and enhance the Catholic ethos of our school
  • Is a highly motivated and dynamic leader who has the vision to drive this good school and its pupils to even greater achievement and enhanced results

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire all of our children, parents and colleagues

  • Has the ability to raise aspirations and achievements for all of our children and will continue the journey of raising standards started by our retiring Headteacher

  • Has demonstrable leadership skills and is a proven strategic thinker, with a clear vision to introduce new ideas along with the ability to identify and sustain long term improvements
  • Is committed to the further development of the partnership with our parish, parents, and the wider community

  • Has exciting ideas for the whole education of our children beyond the classroom to enrich their learning and lives outside school
