• Is a practising Catholic  and has a clear understanding of and vision for education in a Catholic school.
• Is committed and passionate about raising standards for all children.
• Can successfully lead assessment and curriculum developments throughout the school.
• Is an excellent communicator in a range of situations.
• Has the ability to motivate, support and inspire staff and pupils.
