St Mary’s RC High School is an ‘outstanding’ secondary school that is a close-knit Catholic community and oversubscribed voluntary aided 11-16 school. We are blessed with a highly dedicated and talented staff, who collectively help to achieve the strongest of outcomes for our pupils.
As Art/DT Technician your primary responsibilities will involve supporting teaching staff in resourcing lessons across each of the four teaching areas, Art, DT, Food and Textiles.
You will be required to complete a variety of tasks including prepping materials for lessons, helping to clear up after practical lessons, organising in class resources, etc.
You will be fully supported in the role by subject teachers and the Head of Department and there is no requirement for prior experience in the individual subject areas.
