Can I just say please that the process this morning was brilliant! I was really impressed with how well I was ‘looked after’…It was thorough and everything was considered... …I was able to come home and crack straight on with work – no issues at all!
The Service Desk was helpful as always and promptly resolved my issues going above and beyond to ensure the laptop was functioning correctly. I will say it is nice to be talked through what is being done remotely rather than silence while working through issues, a credit to the IT service desk.
