Daley has over 20 years’ experience in the learning and development sector, originating in IT training delivery. He is proud to lead our professional training delivery team and Ofsted rated ‘Good’ education provision. Daley has been with Hoople since its inception in April 2011 and joined the Executive Management Team in October 2022.
Stacey has 20 years’ experience in the learning and development sector, originating in dental nursing delivery, but more recently in coaching & mentoring, and leadership & management. Stacey has a proven track record of developing quality curriculums and is proud to lead our professional training team in developing their product range for Hoople’s shareholders and commercial customers. Stacey joined the team in July 2024.
With 16 years of experience in the care sector, Sarah uses her extensive knowledge to deliver our Health and Social Care focused courses, including Moving and Handling which is her favourite. With her A1 Assessor qualification under her belt, Sarah can assess and tailor courses for organisations, and she has recently gained her level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, so there's no stopping her.
Shane brings to the team over 20 years of experience from the finance and administrative sector, including management and training responsibilities. A natural communicator with an adaptable approach means that Shane is a positive influence both in the team and within the training environment.
Georgia, the newest member of the team, joined Hoople as a trainer in January 2024. As an experienced mental health advocate, Georgia is particularly passionate about mental health first aid training and promoting organisational wellbeing. She also draws on a background in customer service to welcome and support new starters at induction training, and helps delegates develop essential skills in first aid.
Clair started working in social care in 1997. She joined the Herefordshire Council Training and Development Team in 2005 and has built training programmes for delivery ever since. Clair has been delivering Leadership & Management training since 2008, whilst in the private sector as Project Manager focusing on Adult Social Care funded projects, including recruitment and promoting self-care through digital innovation. She is a qualified A1 Assessor and TAQA Internal Quality assurance, supporting the development of training and assessment teams. Returning to Hoople in December 2024, Clair's aim is to engage with all sectors in the community, providing bespoke delivery of training for leaders and managers, and creating opportunities for individuals to shine!
Becka joined Hoople in 2024 with over 15 years of Learning & Development experience. She is a qualified teacher and brings coaching and development experience to support our management and leadership training. She uses her customer service skills and standards to support new starters at their induction sessions.
Elisabeth specialises in training and consultancy for Unit4 ERP reporting software. She has 30 years’ experience of business applications in a wide variety of sectors, primarily local government and higher education. Elisabeth joined Hoople Group in 2023, adding reporting training and consultancy to the range of specialist services provided by the Unit4 ERP team within IT Services at Hoople.
Ferrara has been with Hoople from the very beginning, back in April 2011. With over 13 years administration experience, specifically in the training and education sector, she is the fount of all knowledge and loves nothing better than keeping the training team organised! She's also the go-to for any bespoke requirements, always happy to discuss your training needs.
Marie joined Hoople with over 20 years of experience in administration and customer service. She likes to be kept busy, she is passionate about the training services our wonderful team can provide, and meeting the needs of our customers. She can be found planning our trainers calendars, looking after our enquiries, bookings and course delegates. She is the go-to for any training requirements and is always happy to discuss your training needs.
Caroline has been with Hoople for as long as we can remember, and has many years of experience in business administration and customer service. A true ‘people person’ who is happy to help and support the team, she never fails to put a smile on our face, and not just because she brings cake into the office!
